If the doctor can't hear the heartbeat anymore like you said, they would have informed you that the baby is gone. There's 3 options to take care of this situation and an OB should have gone through those with you at that time. Failing to hear a heartbeat at such an early stage in pregnancy only means one thing. Perhaps your bleeding is your body beginning the steps of miscarriage. I am sorry for your loss.

This happened to me with my second pregnancy. I started spotting and bleeding late afternoon and into the evening. I called the doctor and she didn't want to do anything but I insisted. I went in and had my labs done and my progesterone levels were low and I was on the verge of a miscarriage. If I would not have went in I would have lost my son. I suggest being very insistent that you be checked out. Many prayers for you!!

This is how my mc started. But everyone is different when I went to hospital they said bleeding can b a sign of more then just a mc so that cud b a mc or cud b other bleeding. Hang in there I'd just go whether they say to or not

I read you lost the baby in one of the comments. I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. When I was pregnant with my son, there were multiple times they couldn't find a heart beat, but they always did an ultrasound to make sure everything was still fine. I can only imagine how heartbroken you must be. Thoughts and prayers are with you <3

If hey didn't hear the heartbeat it's already gone. We heart baby's heartbeat at our first ultrasound. And then when I started to spot we went and they couldn't find any heartbeat. Once there's no heartbeat baby is gone and you have 3 choices:
1. Wait to miscarry naturally 
2. Take pills to make it happen
3. Get a D&C

Before you do the second two get a second ultrasound to be sure.

My last mc i was t hardly bleeding i was having red & pink but justt bits of it &had no cramps but my first mc in sept i was really heavy &couldnt walk or nothing! Dont want to worry you but it needs to be checked over, try not to worry to much.
