This is my first pregnancy. I am 7 weeks today. My family had planned a vacation to go to east coast next week for a week. I live in California. I asked my doctor about the travel and she said it is ok as far I am feeling ok. I am feeling generally ok not feeling nauseous or any type of spotting. I get tired easily and sleeping for more hours. I am worried about plane travel and how my body will react to it. I am not able to decide if I should travel or stay back. Please help!  Let me know your experiences.
