Can he get in trouble?

Recently turned 16 and I met a guy online who said he was 17. Me being stupid I trusted him without showing any proof and we have been talking for months now. I started to really like him and he also started to develop feelings for me as well. He knows what I look like but I don't know what he looks like.
A couple days after I turned 16 he told me he was really a 32 year old man and he lied because he just wanted someone to love him. The age of consent where I live is 18 but where he lives it's 16. He told me that age was just a number and that we could still be together since it was legal where he lives and he wanted nudes from me. I was grossed out and haven't replied to him since that day.
Could he still be in trouble? I'm only a teenager and a grown man wants nudes from me, but it's completely legal where he lives so I'm not sure if the cops would make a big deal out of it or not. Help please

Yes darlin it's harassment but only if u say so so if u don't want him getting in trouble he won't if u do u could ruien the rest of his life! And age is just a number don't let anyone say u can't date anyone! Who u fall in love with ISEMT an age it's a feeling, that u can't  control, not many but people like me understand :)

he is more than twice your age and I understand that boys around your age aren't very serious but do not get involved with this guy. I realize that by saying that, it's probably pushing you closer to him but really... really not worth it. It would be better to find someone your age and age matters where the minor lives.. not the adult. Please think about what I said 🙏🏼

Report him. He creepy as hell but on a serious note You can get in trouble as long as you don't send them . He is still asking for child pornography . Age of consent to have sex/ date whatever might be 18 but what people don't get is no matter what the age of consent is if u r a minor and the over age person asks or has nude pictures of you its child pornography.
