2 Week Old Nail Help!

My 2 week old has one nail that is turning brown. There is nothing on her skin just discolored nail that appeared yesterday. I don't know if it's possible she caught it on something, I couldn't imagine what. Anyone ever seen this? It doesn't hurt her when I touch it. She was jaundice in the hospital don't know if that had anything to do with anything? Thanks for the help!
