Please reply! I need advice!

Hi ladies! Today I have experienced sharp pain in my lower pelvis! They usually last about 2 min but today it's been consistent. Is this normal? There is no blood or anything coming out just the sharp pains. Anyone experience this lasting? Also I am 7 weeks 4 days!
