I would say you ovulated on the 16th however your temps after ovulation should be higher than the past 6 days and you have a very high temp the one day. So unless something effected that temp I'm not 100%

I think Glow has you chart wrong and you ovulated CD 15 or 16 and you are along the lines of 1 DPO. You need 3 consecutive temps that are higher than the previous 6 to confirm ovulation. I would wait 2 more days of temping to see.
