Anyone who has gone through premature

I have been in the hospital for three days because Friday I went into premature labor but thank god they was able to stop it I was 29 weeks and 4 days and they have been giving me steroids I'm leaving today and hope he last till 36 weeks but they are telling me I have no special kind of instructions when I get home? You figured I would be in bed rest? Anyone else have bed rest
