When did you have your first baby?

My entire pregnancy I just had a feeling my son was coming early- even though everyone insisted as a first timer I'd go over my due date. He was due June 16th and my water broke on its own June 2nd, I had him on June 3rd. My sister is due today and I've been saying for WEEKS I had a feeling she was going to go on her due date. Lo and behold, she couldn't sleep all night and she started losing her mucus plug. On Thursday she was 90% effaced so I DEFINITELY think she's coming today, now! But I've read it's only like 5% of babies are born on their due dates. So mama's, anyone go on their due date?

First baby came two days after due date.. I went into labor on his due date.

Second baby I'm currently 41 weeks with no signs of imminent labor. Induction scheduled for Wednesday.

3 weeks 1 day early - FTM!

I was induced (for suspected IUGR) with my first at 39 weeks and my cervix was not ripe. Labored 36 hours!! It was horrible and she clearly wasn't ready to come out. I was 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced.

This time I went into labor naturally at 41+5, after having my cervix stretched to 3cm and doing a membrane sweep the week before.

I have a feeling I would have also been way overdue with my first if she wasn't forcefully evicted.

When I very first went to the doctors they said I was due on August 14th, but when I went to my obgyn, they said I was due August 20th. However, I ended up giving birth on August 14th, so I guess my baby knew that's when he was supposed to come out.
