Contractions

I've been having Braxton Hicks contractions every 20-30 minutes. They end with this painful feeling that is lasting longer and longer each time...this happened last night, but the frequency decreased and I was able to get 2-3 hours of sleep. No fluids, blood, or anything else. Does this mean labor is coming? I really don't think I can keep this up for another 3 weeks :\
