What would be my rights on banning my boyfriends dad??

My partners dad has pushed me to my limit now and I've had enough of him coming between me and my partner!! I want to ban him from seeing my son cause I don't think he's fit to be a grandad to him!! Can I just say I don't want him to be apart of his life??

Yep. He's not a biological parent even if he's a grandparent but that still doesn't give him any rights. Just say I don't want you around.
