I'm 5 weeks postpartum. I stopped bleeding, and had almost no discharge after 3 1/2 weeks. I got cleared at my appointment at 4 weeks to do everything. I've had sex twice, and then I started bleeding again. I'm not breastfeeding, although I had been exclusively pumping until about four days ago. It started yesterday. It's not heavy, but it is heavy enough to not be spotting from my birth control (which I've taken at the exact same time every day) and it looks like menstrual blood, but could I have a period this early?
