Anyone good with bbt charts that can help me figure out why my temp dropped so much today? Someone told me it drops when you ovulate my my opks didn't pick any LH up.

You may be ovulating and you missed your surge on the opk. Sometimes opks don't always show positive. You won't know if it was ovulation unless it stays elevated the next 3 days or so. I sometimes I drops in my temps based on outside factors. Good luck!

Here is a chart of mine - temps are a little higher pre O then drop then raise. Obviously everyone is different but keep temping!!

I bet you'll get positive OPK in the next couple days. Keep temping, it's the only way to confirm O. My temps are usually a little higher pre O then drop right before O then spike after!! Have you been temping for a few months or is this your first
