I don't understand

My boyfriend has been blowing me off all the time. It's been a year and seven months. And this whole eight month he has been distant/needing space. Every day he will say he wants to see me and ill ask "are you coming?" over and over again. And he usually rarely replies and he keeps making excuses. It's been two weeks and three days since I've seen him. I'm so tired of being treated this way. He says stuff like oh how he misses me, and needs to see me but when it comes down to it, he's a no show! I can't take it anymore, and i don't know what to do! I keep giving him chance after chance after chance and he still never bothers. He will text me though and tell me how he loves me. Like i don't get it. Just this morning he texted me about how he wants to give me the world. And now tonight he blew me off. I'm so tired of it. 😢😢😢😢 I've told him several times that things need to change and nothing ever does.
