Alcohol guidelines
Does anyone else feel frustrated by the vast difference in guidelines for drinking while breastfeeding? I wanted a mixed drink tonight, and have read that I should wait anywhere from 2 hrs to 3 days to BF my LO again! I wish there wasn't so much guesswork!
