Is it weird..?

My husband doesn't has many friends other than our common friends. While I have girls night out while he's traveling on work,.. Most of his friends are single but he never wants to hang out with the guys for a night. He wants me to tag along everywhere, all the time. I'm not complaining, but is it weird?
