Bleeding after intercourse 😢😱

Okay, I had intercourse maybe about two hours ago. Afterwards I took a shower and went out for a little while. Now I am back home did a little cleaning. While I was cleaning I felt some discharge so I went to the bath room and after I wiped there was blood. ( I wiped three times and still blood) I'm a little freaked out about it because the last time this happen I blew it off  and I found out I was pregnant!!!!! Yes pregnant!!!!
