birth control irresponsible :(

so i have been taking trinessa for a couple of years, and i know this is irresponsible of me, but i was on the third week pills and i forgot to take three pills in a row 😓 so i read online to take the last two i missed, but that same day i started my period and have been on it for 5 days now. i normally have my period end on sundays but now it is almost tuesday and my flow is still pretty heavy. im not sure when i should start my next pack; is it ok to take it next Sunday, after my period is definitely over, or should i just start it whenever my period is done this week?
