URGENT BOY ADVICE

So I was talking to a guy I've known since we were little and next minute he stopped talking to me ( I don't think to be mean) but he hasn't even seen the message. So I sent another one - I found a photo of him when he was younger so I sent it to him with a message. And he still hasn't seen it.... That was 10 weeks ago. I really like him and I want to keep it going.  He was putting a smile on my face every time we talked. Should I send him another saying did you get those messages? Or something? Or do you think he's just not even interested and can't be bothered to read it. This is on Insta so I know that he posts and likes stuff.
