How do you sleep at night?

I'm 38 weeks and it's becoming impossible to find a comfortacke sleeping position.. Even when I wana watch a movie in bed I have to turn every 5 mins and still nothing comfortable.

I don't lol 😂😢 it's like 30 min of somewhat light sleep before I'm rotating getting up to per or sitting up with bad acid reflex lol

I sleep on my side with a body pillow between my legs and wrap my arms around it. Keeps your hips and shoulders aligned which helps prevent/ease hip pain and keeps your shoulders from being sore.

I am 36 weeks and been sleeping on my sofa recliner for the past 2 weeks with a pillow at my back, a pillow at my neck, and a pillow at my left side. Water by my side, phone at my right, remote at my right, fan in front of me and my 80" tv plays constantly. I take ambien which allows me to sleep for 4 to 5 hours then benadryl when u wake up bc im.normally congested. That gives me the extra 3 to 4 hours i need to function for the reat of the day.

Sleep what is sleep? I cannot get comfortable enough to get any sleep. Before I got pregnant I was a belly sleeper well being almost 38 weeks that position is out of the question. Of I lay on either side my arm goes numb or my hips start to hurt and to top all that off I have a 4 year old son who wakes up at 3 am and crawls into bed with me and my husband. So for me sleep is not available. Best wishes.

I'm also 38 weeks and for the last few weeks it has been impossible to sleep. I have a body pillow but it isn't helping. I get sore ribs and the skin under my breasts feel like it is being stretched so I have a burning sensation. I seem to be able to catch up on some zzzzz's during the day. Not long to go and it will all be over 😄

I slept wonderfully until this week. 38w and I wake up with numb/sore hips like clock work every hour and have to flip over. Then I have to pee 😂 then my back hurts lol

Ummm I don't!!! Seriously though! The ONLY time I sleep the whole night is if I take benadryl for my allergies before bed or if my partner isn't next to me and the whole bed is mine! I only have a full size bed and he's 6'3" and I'm big and 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant... The last few weeks my nights have been very unsatisfying... I don't roll over I flop around till I'm facing the other way along with a pillow between my legs and at night my hips and pelvic bone just seem to hurt the worst! And since the bed is so small when my partner sleeps on his back he has his hands on his head so his elbow is in the side of my face!!!

Got a 4" memory foam topper... I sink right in and it's sooo comfy... Had to cut it in half tho cause it was too soft for hubby😜

That's the one thing I'm not complaining about. I have a snoogle and sleep throughout the night. Of course i have to get up to pee once or twice, but other than that, I love my sleep!
