Ladies who haemorrhaged after birth😳

I have had one baby and i haemorrhaged after birth losing 1200ml of blood and needed two units of blood transfusion. My question for poll is 'Has any of you ladies haemorrhaged after birth?' If you answered yes, have you went on to have more children? Did you haemorrhage again with your second/third child?😕
