What pads do you think are the best to sleep in?

So I have never been a big pad person. I'm I got my period 16.(21 now) And my older & my younger sister already had there's so there was alway only tampons and Ive never been really a fan of pads. I do use pantyliners if I need to. But why I'm asking is just for sleeping because I know sleeping in tampons is not the best. So I was just looking to see y'all opinion.

Always Flex Foam Overnight. I bought a menstrual cup. Best $40 I've ever spent. I have been using what pads I had up for over night just in case of a leak and one night when I was just too lazy to put it back in. So far the cup hasn't leaked and I don't wake up and get that standing rush of wet. But as far as pads go, I wouldn't use any other type than the flex foam. I move a lot in my sleep. I need something to move with me. The other brands just get bunched and twisted and all go to the middle of my underwear which helps absolutely nothing

I love to use the overnight flex foam from Always. It's almost like there is nothing there.

I prefer U by Kotex Nighttime pads. I'll even use them during the day if I'm having a really heavy flow. They're large, but they're pretty thin and easy to move in and they cover a good area. I've only ever bled through one once, and it was cuz it got shifted in my panties (I didn't attach the adhesive correctly while I was in a hurry).

Kotex , they are pretty large but will protect from getting any spots in your panties .
