I need answers !!!

At 20 weeks I was told my baby had pee in her kidney but with time it could go away or not now at 35 weeks it has not went away and it's actually more pee than before and she going to need extra attention and I'm just sitting here like why my child !! Has anyone went thru this and their baby turned out fine
