How long after a miscarriage would I get my first period .. I haven't even had the dnc yet I'm getting it next Tuesday so how long after then would I get my first period

It can take about 4-6 weeks. I got mine 5 weeks after the miscarriage I didn't have a D&C though

I had a D&C on 8/4...still no period. I hear it could take a month or so. Every woman is different. Sorry for you loss and good luck

I took tablets from my missed miscarriage exactly 5 weeks and still no sign of AF. Never wished for my period more, want my hormones to get back to normal. Hope you don't have to wait too long for yours

I took the pills to induce the miscarriage and it started July 27th and my period came back on August 27th but everyone's body is different so it just depends.

your period will start after your hcg levels are at zero everybody is diff it took me almosy 2 months to start mines

I had my miscarriage July 21st and my period came august 23rd. Sorry for you loss.
