Anyone nervous to confirm with doctors they are preggo?

I just got my positive tests yesterday and today! Its still very early. Since im high risk i go in for a blood test tomorrow and i have a doctors appt to check on everything next thursday! 
I guess its hard to believe. I feel like the doctors appts will make it all so real!! Cross all your fingers and toes for me please!

Yes mines on Thursday makes me really really nervous as that's when it starts to get serious right now it feels like a dream ... an amazing dream of course just so nervous lol x

Hope everything goes well :) even after my first appointment a it felt so unreal. I still continued to ask myself if I really am pregannt 😂

Lol well im glad im not alone! It defintely feels surreal. We have 2 boys. So this is number 3 for us! I was diagnosed with endo and we werent sure if we would concieve. Feel so blessed. I cant wait till these tests make it reality but for obvious reasons im still nervous too lol
