Protected sex on ovulation day.

I had protected sex on my ovulation day. unintentionally, after we were done, i checked my phone and i was on the 13th day of my cycle.. The condom didn't break, nothing went wrong, yet a couple days after, i kept getting stomach pains and now 6 days after we had sex, i have headache, fatigue, nausea, and stuffy nose, i believe its just a cold, but i can't help to panic. thoughts?
