Went toilet felt a pop but no leaking or gush fluid.

I went to the toilet for a wee and I felt this pop sensation in my vagina and it actually made me jump a little, I've had no leaking but I am getting a tiny bit of belly ache and back ache does anyone know what this could be I'm 36 weeks and 1 day pregnant with my 3rd baby boy
