Worlds worst mother ** UPDATE ***

My dd fell off my bed about an hour ago. She didn't cry just like a little whiney noise i picked her up and comforted her right away. But i swear i feel like shit and am crying my eyes out. She is acting normal started trying to climb out my arms to crawl on my bed again. Laughing at me cause i read that i needed to make sure her pupils arent dilated unevenly when i shine a light to her. She thought it was funny She's nursing now, but should i keep her awake or what should i do!!? First baby to ever fall off a bed or anything. What signs should i look for? Her doctors are closed so should i just take her to the ER!?!
