Christmas gifts

So do you believe in giving everyone a gift or just your partner and children?  I have a one year old and pregnant with my second and I feel like its becoming a little pricy getting everyone gifts from my sons grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins specially because my husband likes getting gift from about $25 or higher to each person, and I feel as though we limit the presents we give my son because we buy for everyone.  And I don't know how we will be doing this next year when we will be having 2 children of my own to buy gifts for.. Any opinions or suggestions?
