I know I have anemia and with my previous pregnancy it got very bad. So I know with this pregnancy I have it still even though I haven't had my first appointment yet. I take 3 iron pills a day along with my prenatals. But I still feel drained and weak everyday all day. I also get so dizzy that I lose my sight and have to stand there and wait for it to go away. When should I call the advice nurse or doctor to see how I can help ease these horrible symptoms.
