Are they any good?

I am looking for it to help me contract and control my muscles again over time. Baby #2 & BOUGHT a 3n1 partum band from Amazon! Hope it helps w. Hips, back, n belly muscles! Heard that if worn to long it could make muscles fail like bc they aren't supported by band anymore or something so they weaken. ...
