I found out last week, when I was 9 weeks, that my baby had no heartbeat and stopped growing around 7 weeks. My body wasn't showing any signs that is was going to pass the baby, and had no symptoms. I have 3 other children, and this being my first pregnancy loss I didn't want to wait for it to happen naturally, and possibly take weeks. Well I started bleeding a couple hours ago, it's not gushing or even constant but it was a good amount. I'm having a little cramping, but not horrible. If I pass the baby between now and Thursday do I just let my doctor know and then not have to get a d&c? Or maybe this bleeding is just the start and I will still need a d&c. Don't know what to expect, so any information is appreciated.
