Moving soon

Hey everyone, I know it doesn't seem like health and whatnot, but I'll get there. I've lived in the same house for 19 years (I'm almost 21) and I'm going to be moving out within the next week to a town that's an hour away. I'm really nervous and stressed, and I'm on my first period on the Depo shot. My period's lasted 2 days longer than normal and I've been getting migraines and nausea for a few days. Can anyone give me some advice on how to lower my stress levels, and if I may need to see my doctor?
