Lactating?!?!?

Had a d&e early June due to a medical condition. Bled for 2 weeks after, and then my milk came in and luckily dried up after 10 days or so. Had a 2 week long period mid July and a week after I stopped I had what I assume was my "real" period for 5 days. Now, a week after glow says I ovulated, I started lactating from my left breast. Out of nowhere! Any other ladies boobies get a little confused after a loss?
