So I'm a 11w 4d...had some brown light spotting at work today and it freaked me out!!! No cramping, just gas and bloated. I'm a nurse and I know these things happen, but doesn't help my emotions. Plus this is my rainbow baby, so I'm a bit extra sensitive. Please tell me this happen to other people. It has basically gone away and I already have a doctor appointment on Thursday..just want so reassurance :)

UPDATE: I had a doctor appointment today...cervix is closed and everything is fine! Thanks for the reassurance ladies!!! Also got hear the heartbeat for the first via doppler!!!
