4/5 engaged at 34 + weeks

So I had my midwife appointment this morning I am 34 + 2 days. She said baby is right down (in a shocked voice) and wrote in my notes 4/5. Does this mean baby is engaged. I have read so many different things over the Internet. My 2 other children didnt engage until labour.
