19 weeks extremely constipated
I think it's been four days since I've last gone. I sit on the toilet and try and ouch. Constant pain in lower back that sometimes goes to the hips. Have been taking stool softeners 3 times per day for the past 3 days. What else is safe? I also drink a lot of water, not sure why this is happening.
