Too soon. You're only 5 dpo. Your temps will stay high until you near the end of your luteal phase whether you're pregnant or not.

Too soon too tell but looks good so far. Everyone's temps rise after ovulation though. So you need to wait until about 12 dpo and see if it still keeps going up.
