Cycle Day 34 No Ovulation

I was put on Clomid 100 mg I'm on day 34 NO OVULATION but my temp went higher then normal for 2days but still reading no ovulation and it sucks!! my partner and I both where trying to get pregnant and just found out she Is...Its bitter sweet has anyone had this issue??
