My mother inlaw has recently been very ill and was told by doctors that she needs a kidney transplant, it hasn't been confirmed yet, but my husband and I are hoping either one of us will be a possible match, the thing i'm wondering about is that if he isn't a match and I am, if I am, is it possible for a pregnant woman to donate a kidney?, I tried to Google some information, but it hasn't been much help.
