What was your first period like on vitex??

Just curious what your first period was like on vitex?

Minor first day cramps. Didn't last as long but was just as heavy. After 3 months I had no cramps, light normal periods that lasted 5 days. Love vitex! The longer you take it the better, as it has to build up in your system for full effect.
