So in june my daughters father signed over his rights and my husband adopted her. The courts and lawyer said they'd send everything to all the nessecary departments and in a couple of weeks we can get the new birth certificate. I am still recieving child support but seeing as he owed me 2400 that he was still responsible for i didnt think much of it.

Anyway so the other day he messaged me and said because he was still paying child support he was going to take me to court and fight for 50/50 custody. I got the the finalized paper hes not on the birth certificate anymore, her last name has been changed, he wont stop harrasing me and im about to change my number.
