help me

I literally get a yeast infection almost every single time after I have sex. I pee right after. I don't get where this is coming from. I know I don't have any diseases or anything but it's definitely not normal to have this many yeast infections on the regular. any other ladies feel my problem or have any tips on things I should do. also, what're quick home remedies to help me?! 😭 I'm dying.
