I'd tell them straight away. They have a right to know just incase something goes wrong at work or even just so they can make sure your not over doing things

I told my boss second! (Right after DH)  if i slipped up and told a customer off for something, my job was protected, cuz my boss knew I was hormonal... XD

I told my boss as soon as I found out. At the time I was working in a casino. I worked in a gift shop and worked alone. So I needed to call to go to the bathroom. We were also worried about the cigarette smoke and drunk people.
