Unnecessary

So I'm sitting in the doctor's office waiting to be scene. (Another glucose test) Any way this woman is watching her grandson in the lobby while her daughter is being scene. The little boy is 2. A normal happy energetic toddler. He's entertaining himself, not loud, not running around. Just a giggly happy kid. His grandmother for some reason is agitated and keeps raising her voice at him to sit down or be quiet. It is really pissing me off. Maybe I have the patience of a saint. I really just don't understand how people can be so short tempered with children for no apparent reason.
