It's a possibility your body geared up to ovulate but it didn't happen.

Another possibility that I wouldn't completely rule out: some bodies take longer to adjust to the progesterone released from ovulation, and it takes awhile for the temps to increase. Something similar happened to me last cycle but I know I ovulated because I'm so regular.

Keep temping! Hopefully you'll start to see a pattern (and hopefully you ovulate if you haven't already).

Hard to say. Your chart looksa bit like mine, with no clear thermal shift ...are you usually having regular cycles ?

Here it is now, on Saturday (original post was from Thursday). Thought I had my shift but then it dropped way down this morning. Still BDing every other day just in case and still having lots of milky white CM.

i think you ovulated around the positive opk test. you know bbt is just one tool for tracking and it can be influenced by so many factors like sleep stress alcohol. in these cases opk and cm can help to tell

This month I've been meticulous about temping at the same time every day and I also started using OPKs. I thought I was all set to ovulate a day or two ago based on my CM and the OPK result. However, I still haven't seen a temp rise and my CM has switched to creamy (it's very milky/lotiony). Have I not ovulated yet? My OPKs are back to negative, very clearly so. Am I just not going to ovulate at all this cycle? I'm so confused and frustrated.
