Anyone developed Pica while pregnant? I'm currently struggling with this. What did you crave and how did you stop ?

I did. I craved dog food and laundry detergent. It was a symptom of my anemia. Taking prescribed iron helped. Have you had your iron levels checked recently? I only ask because it's a common symptom of anemia, and anemia is common in pregnancy
