Help in need people's opinions

So I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years and I had 2 miscarriages one was at 5 months pregnant and the other was at 5 weeks and for the last 6 months after the miscarriages everything is different he doesn't want to have sex with me and he is so distant I feel like he wants to break up we don't talk and we have sex once every 3 weeks and we used to have sex every day I don't know what to do please help...
