Boys have morning sickness?

Okay ladies, I have a question. For the longest time I've heard that when a girl is pregnant, that men will get morning sickness. Is this true?

Why would a man get morning sickness? He's not affected by the hormones of the baby. I've heard of some cases where there's sympathy pains/weight gain/etc. but it's not a common occurrence.

In rare cases men can get Couvade Syndrome which is having sympathetic pregnancy symptoms. This is not the norm though and only happens rarely.

My husband seems to always have the same symptoms I do, at the same time.  I told him if we both go into labor at the same time we're going to have a problem.

My bf did with all 4 of our kids, early in my pregnancies he would throw up every morning before work for about a month, then I would start getting morning sickness and he wouldn't have it anymore. He also got "pregnancy cravings" lol he would eat chips and ice cream with pickles it was weird lol
