Ovulating or cramps? Help

Question

I finished my period then a day later a fertility  test said I was at peak fertility can that be right? And now 5 days later I keep getting cramps like period pains or can it be ovulation? Soooo confused.

This happened to me this week. I had spotting off and on from light to heavy with mild cramping for 6 days  so I assumed it was a light AF. Yesterday it was completely gone so I decided to start OPK testing, I got peak fertility with clearblue. I also thought this was very strange so I took a pregnancy test and there it was Positive!! Took another one today..also positive! ♡♡ I'm still having light intermittent cramping.

I've done a test today but It was negative :-( but I'm thinking it may be too early to tell. I finished my period on Thursday 25th had a peak fertility show on the Friday 26 and then just yesterday and today I have had pains/cramps but not sure if I'm ovulating or not as it said peak a few days ago
