Why did you choose iui

Question

I have unexplained fertility issues. SO is fine and I'm fine on paper and I've just finished my first round of iui. I was wondering for ppl doing iui what's the reason you selected that assistance? Thanks

It's been 2 years for us. He's perfectly fine and I'm perfectly fine. There's really no reason we haven't gotten pregnant yet so we figured we would get a little assistance.

Our RE suggested IUI. We had one natural pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage. Also on paper we look capable and obvious are. However it has been over 3 years since the miscarriage with active trying and no success. So our RE told us, obvious you can but you're not, so we are going to help. I like it, it makes me more confident that we hit O perfectly. Good luck!

All levels for husband and i are both normal. Just had laptascopy procedure in May. Started iui because after last 3 months have been disappointing and with at least one clear tube, there's no reason why I should have trouble.

We wanted to do IVF right away, but doctor wanted us to try IUI, but turns out I have LUFS , soooo moving on to IVF after 2 failed IUI's

DH has low morphology and had a vericocele surgery recently. I just had 2nd laproscopy and found my right tube is blocked. Been ttc for 6 years hopefully his surgery helps if not we will be doing iui in the next few months.
